About us & what we do We are an independent trader based in South Wales, UK. We supply quality Metal Detecting Accessories, at the best prices, to customers in the UK only.We’ve been trading previously on other platforms for some time. Our business is run by detectorists for detectorists. We do not have a physical shop, this saves time and money. To enable us to offer such an array of items, we source products from the UK, Europe and abroad. We pay any Uk import duties, VAT at source and income tax. We aim to supply only quality items that comply fully with UK Product Safety legislation. We have full business and liability insurance. We are transparent, open and honest. Delivery Information You can purchase items online from our store and we will ship them directly to your door. We use Royal Mail and leading independent parcel couriers. Estimated delivery times and tracking Info Normally items purchased will be processed the same or next working day. Most items are delivered within 5 Working Days but to be on the safe side we like to estimate between 5 and 7working days to allow for weekends, Uk Bank Holidays, Courier delays and any Post Office industrial action. Due to the number of different carriers used we do not routinely supply tracking information. If however, you want to enquire about your items journey, email us and we’ll update you fully by return email withiin 48 hours (please allow for weekends, Bank Holidays). Delivery times vary depending on your selected delivery address and availability of your items. We only sell and deliver items in Customer Satisfaction and Returns Policy. For us customer satisfaction is key. We offer a full 14 day “No Quibble” return service, above your normal statutory rights. If for any reason you are not happy nwith your item, email to let us know and we will replace or refund you the original cost of the item. The choice is yours. Conditions of this offer are that the item must be returned us UNDAMAGED and MUST NOT have been used. Cost of return postage will be met by you.
